The product wasn't delivered when initially stated due to Yodel placing the wrong address on the labelled and losing the product. Made then stated that they would look into the matter and arrange a delivered. I stated that because of the incompetence of Yodel the delivery must be after 6pm. Made kept making the excuse that they could request this but could not guarantee which is completely unacceptable and kept placing the responsibility on Yodel. Made selected Yodel as their delivery partner so Made are ultimately responsible for the end to end process.
The whole experience wasted my time both on calls and emails to Made.
The entire episode is entirely the responsibility of Made and at no point has any real effort been made to resolve this in the way the customer has requested.
