I bought a gaming device (wheel), it arrived OK but stopped working after a couple of weeks - I returned it using the pre paid lable and indicated I needed a replacement.
I got an email about a week later telling me my "refund" is being processed.
I have called the customer service help line (at 10ppm - of which they will get a cut) numerous times and have never got an answer, (could just be a money generating device for all I know) neither have I got answer to any of my emails.
I still have not been refunded the money and I still have not received a replacement wheel.
These people are just plain useless - avoid like a mad dog with foam on its lips!!
I ordered some Salomon GTX boots (Outdoorkit were the only people who have the full range of "popular" sizes in stock) - they arrived next day but after wearing them around the house for an hour or so I decided that the 10.5 was a little tight and I needed the 11.
Outdoorkit sent me the 11s (again next day delivery AND they didn't even charge postage), and refunded me the full amount on the 10.5s immediately they received them bacl.
These guys are incredibly fast, effiecient and cheap and if you do order the wrong thing, Katie in Cust Services is just brilliant.
Do not even think of going elsewhere!!!
