Placed my order, spent a week sorting out the finance with V12, a week later told the bike will not be coming in untill November, which is strange as all sizes were still showing as in stock, and are in fact still showing as in stock a week later.
Terrible service, I understand that stock goes wrong, but to list a bike that you do not have as in stock as in stock makes little sense. To still keep the bike on the website as in stock after you've realised it is not in stock is bordering on fraudulent.
Got my deposit back after a long time waiting.
Useless and pathetic.
The site clearly states if you order before 3pm your order will be send out the same day, i opted for next working day delivery and as it was a wednesday, i assumed it would be there on the thursday, phoned thursday and was told it hadn't even left the warehouse. Not due to strikes or weather conditions, just due to incompetent staff. Useless call center staff and obviously even uneless warehouse staff.

We are very sorry we didn't have the original bike in stock at the time. It had recently sold out, something that we admit should have been reflected in our site (the bike on the site now is the 2012 model). Again we are sorry for the inconvenience this caused.
According to our July records you were informed of the situation and offered a far better bike for the same money to make up for our error. Obviously not the same as getting the bike you originally wanted. We cancelled the order as requested and asked our finance provider to do so the moment you instructed us.
The deposit is not held by us, but the company that provides our finance. We will look into the time it takes to arrange this as a result of your feedback.
