Still disappointing- 2 failed deliveries out of 2 orders. BooBoo not BooHoo

After placing my order, I received an email stating that I received a refund due to something being out of stock. The email didn't advise me what was out of stock and I'm still waiting to receive my order. According to the tracking details, it should have arrived 4 days ago.
Really poor service twice in a row. Hope the parcel arrives before everything is out of stock.
So far scoring 100% FAIL rate for online service and stock. Two fails from two orders. Is this usual standard for Boohoo? If it is, then you should change the name to BooBoo.

After Kelly couldn't find my order, she asked me to email further details. Which I did straightaway. I have still not received an email response nor the order.

You need a phone number or instant chat option because your customer service system is not working. Please people get your act together.
