Yesterday I already commented on the Service. After I have received the reply I thought that maybe some of the comments maid were to hard.
Since then I have tried several times to upload the pictures according to the instructions I was given yesterday. The result I receive an error that reads as follows :
syntax error - ungültiges zeichen
As I have uploaded two pictures (which I had already sent to the Support email address in my first complaint) in a jpg. format each not exceeding the size of 111 KB I cannot understand this error message.
In order to solve this issue I tried to ring via the given support telephone number, which still only gives Spanish instructions followed by an English message that the voice box cannot except any more messages.
I honestly do not understand why I am not able to address my complaint via telephone as this would help me to get on with my daily business and keeps me from having to write mails hoping that someone will respond.
This lack of customer service should be a warning and does not at all represent the products INFURN wants to sell.
