I bought a gaming chair from this Company which arrived promptly but was faullty. After following Company proceedures and getting a return number I was told to send the chair back registered post. This a 24kg chair and the heaviest parcel alloweed via registeded post is 22kg. By law all I had to do was inform them of the faultly chair and make it available for collection which I did. The response I got from them was to refer me to their T&Cs. They try to hide behind their T&Cs, but T&Cs do not override law. I eventually returned the chair via Parcel Force at a cost of £32.50. I have received a new working chair but have yet to receive my refund for postage, despite sending them a receipt as requested. I am going to inform trading standards about this Company and I will not rest untill I have received my money back. I have been shopping on the internet for many years and this is the first time I have had any real problems. It's a shame but Companies like this give the internet shopiing a bad name. Take my adviice, spend a little more, buy your good elsewhere and avoid this Company. Also, never deal with Companies that do not publish a voice telephone number. These don't and now I know why.
