Ordered a Haipad for my wife’s Christmas.
Took 3 weeks to arrive. Item arrived with cracked screen although the package was not damaged.
I paid $25 to ship it back. Although Pandawill promised me to reimburse for the shipment ... they refused to pay back the shipment costs.
Second order arrived yesterday.
This aPad has a bad contact and only works when you squeeze the unit. I send 4 emails to customer’s service but still no joy.
I was always happy to deal with Chinese or Singapore companies unit I dealt with Pandawill.
This is the WORST shopping experience I ever had !
