My only concern was that there was no protective cover on the monitor when I unpacked it and there was the suggestion of a fingerprint on the screen so I don't know if this one had already been opened and used. Everything else looked fine but the fact that there is usually a cover taped onto the screen of brand new monitors and it was missing is a slight concern. But there would appear to be no issues with the monitor itself and I am happy with the service. I know they would exchange it if I asked them to.
