Disappointed about refund as only store credit.

Dispatch was good but when I returned unwanted items I was only given online store credit. The money should be credited back to my bank. I think this is a breach of consumer rights and I'm very disappointed.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.

All refunds are processed back to your original payment method, unless customers request for a refund to be processed to store credit. I have looked onto your Boohoo account, and your refund was successfully processed back to your original payment card on 13/06/2013.

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience or confusion caused. I have sent you an email with further information to your email address registered to your Boohoo account.

Expensive

No probe lots of quotes but very expensive £20+ for used part I managed to get one for less than half that price.
