4 days after ordering I was not happy to find that the radiator I had ordered was obsolete, although payment had already been taken. I discovered this by using 'track my order' which stated that I had been emailed to let me know. This was not the case- I had received no emails apart from confirmation of order.
Today I phoned to inform Pioneer Bathrooms of this failure in communication, and to check that my payment has been refunded, to be told that they were waiting for an email from their supplier before refunding my money. Although the man i spoke to was apologetic, I find this unacceptable and very poor customer service.
