Having ordered a toliet on line I received an email to say the item was dis-continued... (shame it had not been taken off the site). I had a different delivery address to the billing one, so when you managed to find me a new tolilet and charge me the same price (the new one was a much higher price) I was pretty impressed. The unfortuante thing you forgot to do was transfer the delivery address to the new order, and you therefore tried to deliver to the billing address.... small hiccup but cost me several days, and was probably expensive to you. But now I have the goods, am extremely happy :>)
