I ordered £130 knowing I'd have to send back what didn't fit. One of the items was a pair of monochrome leggings, of which I bought 2, one size 12 and another in size 14, as I have heard some items turn up smaller than people think.
I received everything but the size 12 pair, BUT IT WAS STILL TICKED OFF ON THE CHECKLIST that came in the delivery.
How can I prove that this is their error not mine? I will not be robbed of £19.99 because of someone being too lazy to check the order thoroughly enough!!

This is unacceptable. I will not order from you again and will inform everyone I know of this service quality, and you WILL NOT get away with it.
