Protect your bubble

Poor Service

This company on the face of it seems ok however there claims service is extremly slow and they seem to want to stall you at every opportunity my claim has been ongoing for far too long with little or no communication from the company. just rang to chase my claim and they say the information has not been recieved dispite emails from them confirming reciept of my email
Update just had my claim confirmed today 2nd May they just want £122.52 from me now with a promise phone will be with me in 3 working days so we will see i will update on8 May
Well the phone arrived on Friday and was in mint codition so when they got round to it they acted quickly. so for that reason i have changed my rating from 1 star to 2 star a little confused why they ask for so much info from the phone provider wait for the info and then do a conference call with you and the provider to ask for the same information again from them during the calll why this cannot be done in the first place is beyond me
