Have booked three holidays with Thomas Cook over the last seven years including my honeymoon and have not had any problems to date. When I did have a problem the reps on holiday dealt with the problem straight away

Absolute Pants Airline
Advertise cheap flights however the baggage excess gets you and when you have a problem the company dont want to know with an overseas customer service centre which costs a fortune to call

No Problems To Date
Have only used the online shopping a couple of times however I have not had any problems with them. On one of the orders a couple of items were missing which were on te order list, the driver went to our local asda store and collected the items for us. Now thats what I call customer service

Great Company
Been with the company for over 10 years now and I havent had a single problem with O2. Whenever I have had a problem with my phone or tariff they have sorted it out straight away and even compensated me

Was a bit dubious at first however soon found out I had nothing to worry about. Sent the phones off recorded delivery and the money was in the bank the next day. Absolutely amazing service and highly recommended. Just sent another phone off!!!
