Phoned at 4:45pm on day of delivery to say would not be sending flowers!!! Offered no compensation or good will gesture for fact we now had to hunt for sutiable alternative at 5pm in evening and deliver them ourselves - appalling!! Manager we spoke to thought it apt to offer us 20% off next order and could not understand why we would not use them again!!
