My parcel was supposed to arrive between 7am and 9pm today. The time is now 21.38. I have uni exams at the moments and didn't go to the library to revise today but stayed in to wait for the package as no one else would be here to receive it and we don't know our neighbours so they probably wouldn't accept it. Having been on hold to customer services for over 30 minutes, they cut me off as customer services had closed. You would really have thought that they would keep customer services open for a little longer than the last delivery time so that if anything went wrong people could actually contact someone, particularly given the lack of any other contact possibilities. A further issue is that the tracking system said that the package was dispatched from the warehouse at 10.44 but now says it was dispatched at 10.13 and DELIVERED at 10.43. So Yodel, where has this package been delivered here cause it's sure not here! I am now unsure as to whether I'm going to have to sit in and wait AGAIN tomorrow (perhaps to no avail).
