My Samsung Note II took 2 weeks longer than advertised to arrive, however as soon as I let the company know I was worried about the delay ('my account' page never updated beyond 'order processing') they prompty replied with an update and the offer of either a full refund or expedited delivery.
Wish it had arrived earlier, obviously, but wass pleased with the response and, for a discount retailer, I felt their response was on a par with what I would expect from amazon etc.
Also did get the phone not long after and everything was fine :)
