Ordering process fine, then received mail from freight company referring to a telephone call that never happened and that delivery would take place between 3 and 6 on the agreed day, took an afternoon off and it never turned up. Checked the email from freight company there was a tracking number but no link to check it and no contact phone number, wouldn't use them again, they need to appoint new freight company.
