I ordered the flowers online and opted for the tulips as they looked so colourful and paid extra for same day delivery.
I was then called by the company to advise they were unable to source the tulips but I was understanding and said I was happy with any other bright coloured flowers.
I then received an email at 5pm advising that they were unable to delivery my flowers today which did not give me enough time to make alternative arrangements. I replied advising this was unacceptable and that this had not been mentioned when I called earlier. I did not receive a response.
I called back the next day to ensure the flowers would be delivered that day for them to advise they had not received my email! They took a note of the flowers I would like delivered and advised they would refund my same day delivery charge.
The flowers were delivered that day and I have been told they were a bright colourful bouquet so they were well received.
