Easybus drivers cheat passengers. At least one driver takes advantage EasyBus (fraud) of the passengers.
On April 6, 2013 we had returned from our stay in London and used the bus (actually minibus) from London to Gatwick. We stop (Bus Stop BB Lillie Rd West Brompton London SW6 1UD) 10 minutes later than the scheduled time (depended on several bus connections), and although the bill makes clear that we are entitled to travel 60 minutes before and 60 minutes after the reservation, the driver only would take us if we paid him 20 pounds (2 couples) before hand. With the fear of not being on time to the airport (there are 45 'drive) the other couple paid him 10 pounds. We waited for the next minibus. When we explained to our driver what had happened he didn´t charged us and money told us we had been cheated by the previous driver and of course did not give us the name of the "mafia". Another "surprise" is that easybus web (al least in Spain) not offer on their website the ability to make a complaint, or indeed a claim. I hope someone will serve to prevent fraud.
