Don't get your money, even when you constantly chase them

Don't bother. I don't know how this company is set up but when you get a problem they couldn't care less about helping you. Three months down the line and still no cashback for a purchase made on 01st February 2013. Keep chasing them but all they do is resubmit the claim. Now I will probably have to wait another 3 months to see if this works. You do however always get the same reply from them "please bear with us". My question is, "for how long". This should be payable by now and it is not even showing on my account yet. Looking at other reviews this seems to be normal for this company. I would not get involved with this company at all. It's more trouble than its worth. I will be closing my account once I receive this cashback. (not holding my breath)

There has still been no acknowledgement as of 20th May 13. Sent another chaser for them to ignore.

Thanks for posting a review.

Cashback can take to time to process and this really does vary from merchant to merchant. As a general rule, most transactions take around 3 months to become payable and those based on a policy or contract where the merchant has a validation period can take 6-8 months.

From what you have said here though, it sounds like you might have a tracking issue. It is rare for a large number of transactions to fail to track.

Can you try changing your Web browser, make sure to clear your cookies and check if you might have any security settings blocking our tracking system?
