I finally received my two chairs which I ordered almost a year ago. Reading the bad reviews at trust pilot and in the press convinced me that I had fallen victim to an Internet credit card scam. I had basically come to accept that I'd never see my chairs or get my money back. It did Not help that the "support" team kept insisting that it was a quality control issue which caused the delay... Since obviously so many other customers were reporting the same excuse.
However out of the blue, last month only one chair was delivered....and 3 weeks later the second finally arrived.... The quality and finish is very good and they do look and feel great.
My advice to Infurn would be to stop the BS and be upfront about the extremely long delivery times and perhaps post on your website an apology and a convincing explanation on what is going on. Then I might even consider buying again. Meanwhile I hope my story may comfort those still waiting....
