I was very dissapointed!!!

I ordered on 27th April for delivery on monday 29th for my sisters birthday. I was phoned at 1pm n the 29th to be informed the delivery could not be made as no florist in the are could pick up the order. So, my sister got no flowers as it was too late by then to organise an alternative. I was extremely dissapointed mainly due to the fact my sister did not get anything for her birthday despite me going to lengths to organise this.
the order should not have been taken if there was any doubt that the delivery could not be made. I was offered an alternative day for delivery however this totally negated the point of the order as it would miss her birthday. This service exists not from the point of view that you provide lovely flowers it is so much more about service, timing and the re-assurance that as you can't get to the person in question the next best thing is the flowers delivery. I felt badly let down and dissapointed.

We agree that service and timing are very important and can assure you that our Customer Service team exhausted every possible avenue to try and fulfill your order. They did contact you as soon as possible once they could see that we were not going to be able to do this. We can appreciate, however, that this is probably of very little consolation to yourself and we are truly sorry for this.
