After considering a number of 'grey market' providers I found Value Basket had generally good reviews so took the risk (with a Credit Card payment) to order nearly £2000 worth of lens and teleconverter for my Nikon. I didn't even bother to track progress for 2 weeks as I expected it to take a while. I checked on Monday and found the goods 'Allocated' and would be shipped today dated 12 April. I phoned got through rapidly and was told sorry for delay they will be shipped very shortly. I was concerned. I checked reviews again and was very concerned given the very poor recent reviews. I checked today (Wednesday) and was pleasantly surprised to see the status updated to shipped (but didn't hold my breath). I was stunned and pleased when the goods actually arrived at lunchtime today.
So overall a good service just a shame I had to chase
