I recently ordered a Skins Compression Jersey. The product finally arrived yesterday and is perfect.
I just wish the courier company that PBK use, Yodel, were as good. The courier tried delivery on two work days and left failed delivery cards. He barely spoke English and seemed accusatory that I wasn't in. The only other options are to deliver to a different address (not convenient as on holiday this week) or collect. However, the depot is in Mitcham and that's miles away from me. Delivery times are from 07.30-21.00! I'd prefer Royal Mail to this...
I recently ordered some skins shorts from the website. This part of the transaction was seamless. When the item had not arrived, I tracked my parcel. FedEx had attempted delivery once, left no card or means of contact, and after one failed delivery attempt (at my home address on a work day), had returned the item to the seller. I called FedEx who were not even apologetic. Rang Protection for Sport who were much more helpful. They arranged a free redelivery and apologised for my poor experience, rescuing an otherwise failed transaction. They promised to share my feedback with FedEx too! My only suggestion would be to use a different courier company and offer a free delivery option.
I was looking for a bedside cabinet and made.com was suggested. I quickly found a stylish and unusual item, priced affordably. I was a little disappointed with the delay between order time and delivery, but this was compensated when the item arrived. It completely fulfilled my expectations.
