I spent all afternoon booking this online, when the driver arrived unbeknown to me the courier had been changed therefor I had not reprinted off new labels and had no access to a printer at this point. I called customer service WHO INSISTED the correct labels had been sent. Yes they had BUT at 7.20 am in the morning and I had not checked emails. Was promptly offered a refund BUT the whole point was for it to be a smooth and easy process. Have now booked with another company .

I had tried to buy this item befor but it was out of stock, I am so pleased with my beautifull fairy and am saving for another just stunning Great service.
