We had a great experience.
The shoot was fun ... and the 'sales pitch' that you expect was not too pushy (they really did want to deliver what we wanted and not hard sell).
However it was very expensive in the end and the quality of a large print was not as good as I expected. Seemed slightly fuzzy because of the original pixel size - probably not discernible on the wall but for the price I'm a little peeved in retrospect.
Have had one of the barbantia bins for over ten years.
The lid broke after 5 years ... but as there is a 10 year guarantee they sent us a new one for free!
5 years later 'I' broke the second lid. Bought a new lid from them which is even better than the first one. It still looks shiny and new.
I really like this site. It's a good tool to teach your kids how to use the internet responsibly. I used it to explain to my eldest (7 at the time) that he should only make 'friends' (become buddies) with people he actually knows. This works well as most of his friends are on this site too!
There is always something new to do to keep him interested (and I like playing some of the games too!).
Still waiting for bunk beds for our boys (which was a Christmas present for them). Was supposed to be delivered on Christmas eve from Very.co.uk.
The delivery company HDNL is to a large extent at fault as they said that they would deliver but then phoned us at 4.30pm Christmas eve and said they had two punctures and had run out of petrol (you've got to be kidding! what self respecting courier runs out of petrol). It seems to me that this was just their way of knocking of early - I can't blame them wanting to do that but they are being paid to do a the job (and not to lie).
HDNL also 'said' they'd tried to deliver on the 28th ... but there was no call beforehand to let us know (we would have been in!) or 'delivery card' to say they had been ... so I don't know if I can believe them about that either.
From this experience I have to say that HDNL seem to have either untrustworthy or incompetent staff.
Still waiting for bunk beds for our boys (which was a Christmas present for them). Was supposed to be delivered on Christmas eve (thought it was ordered over a month before that). The website 'suggested' next day delivery but on further investigation clearly not on this item (the website seems deliberately confusing in this regard).

Very.co.uk shirked responsibility and left us to call the courier company to find out where and when the item would arrive. The delivery is subcontracted part of the package very need to give HDNL a very hard time or dump them!
HDNL are going to get a bad review from me also as they also 'said' they'd
