I wish I had the bathroom I had ordered

Ordered in January sale on 16th Jan 2014. Now 3rd Feb and I still do not have my complete order which I have paid for. My mirror (marked FRAGILE) arrived in pieces and my sink unit was smashed.
Despite assurances of replacement I still have not received. Promised now for 5th Feb.
It will look lovely when it is done but for last three weeks I have had no working bathroom

The delivery was on time and carried out without any hitch, I have used them before and never had any problem at all.
My friend was delighted with the flowers which sound to be exactly as described on the website
