Not satisfied as gift arrived without card.

Although the gift was much appreciated, my friend had absolutely no idea who sent it because the delivery arrived without the thoughtfully written card that I'd written to go with it. This massively diminishes the point of the gift, to let my friend know that I was thinking of her on her birthday etc. To have to ask your friend received a gift that you had specifically paid to be delivered is incredibly annoying.

I will not use your service again.
