Excitedly waiting for my new bike. Website said out for pm delivery excellent :) waited around all till 5:45 still not bike tried calling unable to speak to any one :( sent email no reply :( later that night website changed to carded and this was definitely 100% not carded through my letter box. Rang supplier who said they would re route my bike to work so i didn't have to take more time off. Great but then XDP express deliver to my home address in a damaged box with some contents missing (meaning i then had to go home pick it up take it to my local branch for them to rectify then take home again :( would have easy to collect it myself) i then get a email saying your parcel has been delivered. So i replied to ask 1: why was it not delivered yesterday and 2: why was it delivered today to the wrong location in a damaged box labeled as FRAGILE only to be told only my supplier could get this answer.
Very poor service and a very stressful two days. Maybe some more customer service training needed here and it would be nice if the delivery guys respected the valuable things they are delivering
