I purchased the Adobe Photoshop Course for my father in law, and it kept on requesting my details, instead of his. I logged on to the site, and tried to see if I could resolve the matter, and eventually started using their In-Link communication package. It took a short while to get the details changed.
The assistance was fantastic. From the first interaction - A swift response, and straight to the point as to the possible errors, and rectication. The support was spot on first time - No need for a second call.
All I can say is WOW - We could do with the type of support here.
