second to none

after a fault appeared on our shredder, I contacted customer services, they
told us to forward proof of purchase, and within two days we received a replacement, which was an upgraded model as the present one was not made anymore. this company goes way beyond expectations, and I would always buy from them if I was looking to purchase anything they make.


dont touch them

I bought a refurb pc, something that I wouldn't normally do, but I trusted misco as it offered a 2 year warranty. when it didn't work I contacted technical help. it was appalling,the guy found it difficult to muster up the energy to speak,just not interested. when I tried customer services they tried to tell me that technical was nothing to do with them,a separate company, even though it was option 3 on their own switchboard. the guy said I needed to question why I went for a refurb, and how the margins on this product were so small. it was almost like what do you expect. he defended the tech boys by saying they could not possibly know the workings of different manufacturers machines as they are all different. I was gobsmacked to say the least. I returned the pc for a refund, even though 2 collection dates were missed, each time waiting 20mins plus on hold. a sales lady sorted it out in the end, she was excellent, which is my warning, sales great, after sales non existent


fine untill something goes wrong

all is ok until you have a problem. our terminal went down on a Thursday and we got a replacement the following Tuesday. as a shop we were desperaye for a speedy solution, but no one in customer services shared our concerns and didn't seem to care. reading the reviews, it seems for cardsave to get better ratings they have to address the culture of customer services and get rid of these unpopular rolling contracts

not worked for us

good simple site for mobiles, but had no response at all.
dosn't come anywhere in generic searches
