This company should be shut down

Over two weeks has past and have paid out over £85.00 to send two parcels which have still not been collected, the original quote was £26.00 but had to rebook three times as they have not been collected. No response or refund from Parcelmonkey which evidently is run by actual chimps.
Parcel monkey will not respond to you via email or phone if there are any problems. Please please please avoid at all cost
