I ordered several items which came to a substantial sum. Once I got my confirmation I noticed that two items where not in stock and one didn't have a date as to when it may be in stock. I wanted to change my order to exclude these items, or get a rough idea of when they would be in stock, however, after trying several times to get through to customer services I gave up, was on hold for approx 30 minutes each time, and I'm sure this will cost me a fair bit of money.
Eventually I e-mailed to say just to cancel the whole order as I wasn't sure when I would recieve it. It took 3 e-mails to finally get a response.
You lost out on my whole order through poor communications / lack of staff on your phone service!!
