As a trade customer I expected better than this.
Having ordered and had many clients or from them previously without a hitch, I had expected more.
When making and order, I was told some of the parts were out of stock, which was fair enough, So I asked when I would get them, I was promised "the 25th". Nothing turned up, I was now at the end of this install and waiting for the basin and wc pan. When phoning, I was met with, "well our system has automatically booked it for the 1st" After explaining the situation and the fact I was unhappy I was met with "Well There's nothing I can do about it".
I asked to make a complaint and was told customer services deal with that, phoned them, "no your trade we don't deal with that"
So after all the running round, I was told parts would arrive between 7-10 am, come 11 nothing, an annoyed phone call later (I was on a day out for my missis birthday) I was then rudely told "please dont talk over me, why dont you have you account details to hand, you should always have them" I explained that I should not have have to be phoning up this many times to find out where my items are and Im on a day out, "That doesn't matter" I was told.
Although I had payed Victoria plumb for delivery and there for my contract was with them, I still had to phone the 3rd party delivery company to find out where it was my self. All at my expense from my mobile to 084 no.s
It did how every eventually turn up and the bathroom completed.
Over all not acceptable at all, my company shall not be ordering from, nor recommending clients to this company.
