I ordered a Nexus 10 and Nexus 4 from ValueBasket.com, they were pretty much useless in all aspects. Their email replies to my queries were stock cut-n-paste style worded emails - not actually answering my questions in most cases. They either had or had not got the stock but I was lead to believe that they had the items and would send ASAP - they never did in a month of waiting! It then took 2 weeks of emails to get confirmation of refund - I still have to wait 3-5 days (from this review dated 02/05/2013) to see if the refund is back in my account - I had to threaten them with Credit Card Company Section 75 (see Martin Collins Money Expert). They offered me a free gift for my patience - I emailed that I was no longer confident in their ability to deliver and ended the order. The annoying thing to end this review was that I got emails asking me to review the products (that I was never sent)!!!!
