Very poor customer service, very poor

I experienced several separate issues with my order entirely the fault of WAE+, no communication without chasing, completely ignored online messages. Had to phone the company on six separate occasions, customer support was poor verging on rude, didn't receive the order. Company admitted to having no stock of the product, long after the expected delivery time-scale. I cannot emphasise enough that we will never do business with this company again. Strongly advise against use.
