Ordered £830 worth of items for my elderly Mother's wet room. Apparently as a loo roll holder was not in stock, all the rest of my items, including a toilet and shower would not be delivered for 3 weeks, despite me having to pay almost £30 for delivery. I desperately needed the shower as my plumber was almost finished with installing the new heating system and needed the shower to complete. Called them to find out the shower that I had confirmed by email was in stock, actually wasn't and would be in 2 days time. Ok, I'll have the shower Thursday? No, next delivery date is 8 days away. But site says next day delivery? That's another £20 taking delivery alone to £50!!
I cancelled complete order and was told because of Bank Holidays it would take an entire month for the refund, did I still want to cancel? Well yes, I did and will never deal with this shower again, absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced!
