My daughter has ordered flowers to send to me on my birthday. I'm living in Holland and iflorist told her it isn't a problem to send to Holland. On the day that the flowers should be delivered i received nothing. The next day my daughter contacted iflorist and she chatted with somebody from iflorist. They said something went wrong and the flowers would be delivered the next day. The next day i waited whole day long, still no flowers. My daughter contacted them again and iflorist appologized and told her they will refund the money. We are now a lot of months further and still didn't received any flower or any money. I hope they are happy with the money they took from my daughter, but will never order anything again with iflorist.
