I would just like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at
pharosparcel.com for my recent parcel delivery. From booking stage
online, to parcel delivery today, everything arrived in perfect
condition and on time.
Wish the same could be said for parcel2go.com. After waiting close to a
month for a parcel to be picked up I gave up! As the item was a xmas
present for Xmas they left me with nothing to open on Xmas day, no
apologies or nothing.
I cancelled and rebooked with pharosparcel. Next day it was picked up as

I booked a parcel to be collected on 7th December to be delivered in time for xmas.
Yes, you guessed it! It was never collected at all!
After over 3 weeks of people staying in waiting, I finally gave up. Not only does it take over an hour to contact customer services, but when you do, they have a total "couldnt care less attitude". By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I was left with a ruined xmas and an upset girlfriend.
The next day I booked my parcel with pharosparcel.com. Booked 1 day, collected the next. Actually worked out cheaper and the parcel arrived on time! Not only this, but a tracking reference is provided as soon as you place your order!
Parcel2go.com didnt even give me one as it wasnt picked up, perhaps they knew it never would be!
