Ordered 7th December still not received

Ordered on the 7th of December, 7 in stock when i ordered, paid extra for NI delivery. I have now been waiting since the 7th of December for the parcel to arrive and still nothing. No reply to emails - no phone, bought as christmas present for my son very poor service.
