The item arrived very quickly and is good quality.
Trustpilot are very efficient and our order arrived the next day. It was for gold coloured hinges, for the lavatory seat, that we ordered to replace our original broken and corroded ones. The new ones are good quality and look good. My husband did have to make some adjustments but it was worth it as they look so much better and were reasonably priced. Everything seems to be in chrome these days but all our bathroom taps etc are gold coloured and difficult to find at an acceptable price.

I have purchased items for many many years now and they arrive before I expect them to. There was only one occasion the items did not arrive and the customer services were very efficient and this was immediately put right.
