Booked a courier a week ahead asking for a specific time block. Rang them up x2 to confirm. No one showed up at all, not even outside of requested time block. Spoke to a Lee-Ann from customer service, was told they will try again. No apologies, no offer for resolution. Processed like a robot...Thank you for wasting people's time. I hope you have to wait between 9 and 6.30 and waste your life, your children's time, your work time and your job....because hey, no one else's has a life and just have to sit and wait for a courier that...oh, can't pick up!?!? I'm not sure why they bother to go into business at all, why not just shut down all the call centers and save us the time wasted talking to them?
