Not good customer service

This company had a problem with their web site, I made a purchase for two blinds after much time spent looking through sites. Was e-mailed to say that their web site was not pricing up the blinds correctly and that I should pay the difference if I wanted to proceed with the purchase. The full price did exceed many other sites that were offering the same. I would have thought that this being an error on their part, that they would have either granted me the purchase or given me a discount of good will. They re-embursed me, but they had still wasted my time. If they had good customer service and good quality blinds, I would have made a futher purchase.

Hi Mrs Barnes,

I’m sorry for the problems. We have been experiencing functionality issues recently with some of our made to measure blinds which are currently being fixed by our web developers.

As there is already such a large discount applied to the blinds in question we were unable to offer you more, but I gather Dianne was quick to contact you by phone and email to and resolve the situation.
