Smooth purchase, good delivery and packaging, just a bit later than stated, but generally very good.
Ordered a microwave / oven / grill. The product was faulty though and broke down after 1 week. Arranged for a pick up on an "all day" slot (yawn!). Stayed in all day, no show. Phoned them up to be told that they subcontract out the delivery / pick up and the company - Home Delivery Network - will be in contact with me to arrange another time. Firstly, they should organise directly and secondly, i don't want to lose any more money through time off work. Not so much a case of hughesdirect as hughesnotdirectwhenaproblemoccurs.
