I cannot praise Thomas Cook holidays enough! Their direct flights to Antalya are so very convenient and you always get a good deal, with no hidden charges on their website. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

like a bad joke
I ordered a laptop with this company and received a confirmation of my order. I paid for next day delivery and waited all day at home. It didn't arrive. I e-mailed the customer service next day to enquire and they told me that they have cancelled my order. My bank informs me that the transaction has been made and not reversed. So I paid for a computer, never received it and they did not even care to let me know about the situation. I hope to get my bank to sort this out. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I started to believe that some of the the 5 star reviews are not genuine. How can a company get either completely terrible or absolutely fantastic reviews?
