I placed an order at the end of February however 2 of the 4 items I wanted to purchase were out of stock but due dates were within a month. Money is immediately taken when order placed. On one item the due date was changed from 8 March to 30 April. but I was only told this after I chased several times at the beginning of April. Emails are badly written and often incorrect, referring to one item instead of the whole order or incorrect items. On 19 April I received a call to advise that the item was now out of stock until end of May. I cancelled the order and was advised a refund would follow. After 2 weeks no refund has appeared and when I called to chase I was advised that refunds take SEVERAL WEEKS to be processed. I asked what there standard service timescales were but guess what - they don't have any !
