Placed an order for a Bosch SDS drill on Tue expecting delivery thu at the latest. On Fri I received a refund notice from Paypal without any contact from Power Tools uk. I needed this drill for a job over the weekend which now I can't do. This has now cost me money because I am unable to do the job. Worst of all when I check on their site they still have the drill in stock but the price has gone up. This was my first order with Power Tools uk and will most certainly be my last. I called them and they said they do not have any in stock and when I challenged them on their site saying they had stock they said they just couldn't supply it at the same price. I was not given any option to wait for it to come in to stock if it is apparently out of stock. I think this is false advertising and may look into it further. Looking at other reviews it looks like this has happened to a few people and I'm wondering how many it has happened to who haven't left a review. I'm starting to wonder of they lowered all their prices to somehow increase orders for the end of the month with no intention of for filling them. They held onlo my money for 4 days, do this to a few hundred people and its a quick way to get lots of money in for the end of month and then refund it afterwards.
