Should be shut down.

Every time I find out that Yodel have anything to do with a parcel its a nightmare, their tracking is so poor and staff very unhelpful.

I havn,t had one item arrive anywhere near the time stated by seller and constantly need to chase them over and over.

I stay on shetland and yes stuff does take a few extra days but weeks !!

I ordered a leather belt from Australia it took 5 days door to door, I ordered a rugby top from the UK and today is day 15 ! and its whereabouts is unknown to the company Yodel !!!

please please please, just shut up shop and go do something else as your so crap at what your doing now.
