I use the parcel2go during 3 years( belgium-uk ) weekly collected multiple parcels,when there is no problem verything is fine,but when there is a problem the parcel2go let you down.They made an error without my permisson returned back my parcel to the sender(who is a ebay seller)so i lost the item ,the money too,the seller don't want refund neither send the item,i asked the refund of the courier fee,because nothing delivered to me,and that was their fault.They did not apoligized neither refunded ,the agent Louise just keep talking me about the parcel2go not responsible for the courier,so there is nothing to do... i contacted the courier they told me this is the parcel2go responsibility, because i am their costumer... so nice ping-pong game.Nobody responsible when there is a problem,just a costumer who is loose........
